I have been recruiting for this international client for some time now and they are rapidly growing. I’m now interested in speaking with individuals regarding a sales Manager role covering the UK. It could be that you’re quite happy where you are, however, this role may just spark your interest.
The company I am working with is a World-renowned company specialising in essential ingredients and speciality additives.
This company is distributor of ingredients and additives to the Animal Nutrition industry, they have a strong historical focus on the European market, and the company is growing rapidly in Asia and the Americas and are employing approximately 1,200 employees and servicing clients in more than 50 countries worldwide.
I’m looking for someone with a thorough understanding of the Animal Nutrition Market in the UK and having built relationships in the market. We are looking for animal nutrition specialists, you may have more experience in other species and have some experience in pet and are wishing to develop this market. This role will be working with Pet Food Manufacturers and rendering. Their range is vast, but in this role, you will be working with antioxidants, some premix, ingredients, colours, speciality proteins, binders and yeasts.
Someone with a strong commercial acumen, with experience of successfully developing and implementing innovative sales strategies and a proven track record of success in selling feed additives/ ingredients.
A minimum of 2 years` commercial experience in technical sales of animal nutrition products is required, with business development experience and strong entrepreneurial skills. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or an equivalent degree animal science related.
