Part-Time HR Professional

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational HR Professional to join our client in Ilminster (Somerset) on a permanent, part-time (23 hours per week) basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager and working alongside another operational HR Professional, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable candidate to secure a rare part-time role.
Our client is offering a competitive full-time equivalent salary of £26,812, which equates to £13.75 per hour. Hours of work will be 09:30 - 14:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:30 - 12:30 on a Friday. In addition, there is a holiday entitlement of 26 days + bank holidays, which pro rata is 15.5 days + bank holidays.
This role would be well suited to an HR Generalist, who is confident and happy to be providing support to managers and employees on Employee Relation casework one minute, then managing all aspects of HR Administration the next.
Your role will include involvement in projects and tasks associated with Recruitment, HR Reporting, HR Software, Employee Relations, Training, Occupational Health and Service Contracts, therefore a generalist background would be preferred.
