2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Taunton based client for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their rapidly expanding business.
Working as part of an expanding IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring issues raised by end users are resolved to allow them to accomplish their business tasks. In addition, you will be supporting individuals coming into the business as a 1st Line Support with their skills development.
This role would be well suited to an individual currently operating within a 2nd Line Helpdesk capacity looking to join a business where IT is at the forefront of what they do and is the number 1 priority within the organisation. Alternatively, you might be operating within a 1st Line Support role and are keen to make the next step in your career.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing by 1 day per year of service and free on-site parking.
