Our client, based in Clevedon, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their hard working and down to earth team.

Working within the finance team, you will be responsible for raising invoices and coordinating the purchase ledger administrator and credit controller.

Key Duties:
Month end reconciliation of the purcchase ledger
Assisting the credit controller to maintain and progress weekly cash collection targets and inform finance manager of progress to enable department cash flows to be accurately forecast and tracked
Reporting any outstanding issues to management
Running credit checks and investigations for new applications
Liaising with internal departments to maintain accurate invoicing for customers

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent organization skills, works well and accurately under pressure, able to priorities workloads, confident using Microsoft excel and experience of working within a fast paced environment.

In return the client is offering a salary of up to £25K depending on experience, 25days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension and free onsite parking.
