Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Our client is the market leader in what they do and they are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to run the accounts department and provide financial information to the Directors.
The role will include but not be limited to;
Preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts
Compiling and analysis of Job Costings
Cash flow forecasting
Maintenance and analysis of budgets
Preparation and submitting of both Weekly and Monthly payrolls along with Stakeholder Pensions.
Overseeing and control of Company Credit Cards and bank accounts
Preparation and processing of Supplier payment runs
Hands on involvement in the day to day and week to week preparation of Subcontractor payments
Management of the company Fuel Cards and Mobile Telephones
Quarterly VAT Returns
Liaison with external Accountants
Management of a small Finance team
Ad hoc duties relating to Finance and Director requests
This is an exciting role for a Finance professional and would suit a Part Qualified or QBE candidate with experience working in SME’s. This is a hands on and challenging role with the workload peaking during the summer. Experience with Sage Accounts, Payroll and Excel is desired along with the ability to develop existing systems and procedures.
The benefits include onsite parking, 28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays, stakeholder pension scheme. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
There is also the potential in the future for the right candidate to progress into a Financial Controller role with a salary increase.
