Sales Office Coordinator

Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, full-time
Our client. a successful manufacturing company who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and working as part of a busy team.
This role is based on reception where you will be the first point of contact for telephone and face to face enquiries.
Operate and maintain the processes for the administration of the sales stream, including allocation of work received via the inbox, post and telephone, quotations, sales orders and customer feedback
Ensure all information is logged in the CRM system and updated as required to ensure completeness and correctness
Understand every job and ensure all information is correct
Be proactive and work to tight deadlines
Process every job within allocated time scales and to a high quality, ensuring all information is clear, complete and legible
Responsible for general cleanliness and organisation of the office and the surrounding area as a part of the daily routine
Attention to detail must be second to none
Previous administration and coordination experience
Always work to satisfy both the needs of the customer and the company with a positive attitude
Natural problem solver
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Able to manage your own time and workload
As well as being a team player you will also have the ability to work under your own initiative
Able to work calmly under pressure and without constant supervision
Flexible and willing to work overtime as and when required
Salary £19k to £20k depending on experience. Hours are 8.30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
