Our client a successful manufacturing company based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and working as part of a busy team.
This role is based on reception where you will be the first point of contact for telephone and face to face enquiries.
· Operate and maintain the processes for the administration of the sales stream, including allocation of work received via the inbox, post and telephone, quotations, sales orders and customer feedback
· Ensure all information is logged in the CRM system and updated as required to ensure completeness and correctness
· Understand every job and ensure all information is correct
· Be proactive and work to tight deadlines
· Process every job within allocated time scales and to a high quality, ensuring all information is clear, complete and legible
· Responsible for general cleanliness and organisation of the office and the surrounding area as a part of the daily routine
· Attention to detail must be second to none
· Previous administration and coordination experience
· Always work to satisfy both the needs of the customer and the company with a positive attitude
· Natural problem solver
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Able to manage your own time and workload
· As well as being a team player you will also have the ability to work under your own initiative
· Able to work calmly under pressure and without constant supervision
· Flexible and willing to work overtime as and when required
Salary £19k to £20k depending on experience. Hours are 8.30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
