Our client who is based in Taunton have an exciting new opportunity for a Showroom Host/Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will involve meeting and greeting all customers entering the showroom and handover to a member of staff as appropriate i.e. Service, Parts or Sales.
Record visits as necessary.
With training, the role will grow to assist with basic product knowledge and service desk duties to cover during busy periods.
Ensure any waiting customers are comfortable and well informed.
Answer all telephone calls coming in to the building and transfer to a relevant member of staff after taking details.
Record all calls as necessary.
Monitor generic Company email address, forwarding and responding to emails as appropriate.
Ensure all customer areas are clean, tidy and stocked at all times.
Update visitor board as necessary.
Update customer database daily.
Mail merge weekly reminders.
Process ad hoc marketing campaigns.
Update various daily reports for DP.
Organise travel arrangements.
Assist with organisation of events.
Assist with Marketing including. all Social Media
Customer service 2/3 day follow up calls.
Overseeing Cleaning contracts with suppliers/Monitoring standards.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm. Salary £19k.
