Admin tasks

Writing up jobs
Creating estimates
Jobs from quotes
Client specific administration
Visit notes
o Chasing engineers

o Processing of Allocated by e-mail file

o Engineer paperwork

Active jobs list
Answering the phone/taking messages
Booking accommodation
Skill Set:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Maintains staff/Client confidentiality
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday paying National Living Wage.
