Our client who is based in Highbridge are looking for a Part-time HR administrator to join initially on a temp to perm basis.

The role is 25 hours a week (ideally over 5 hours a day).

This busy manufacturing company are looking for somebody who ideally has HR admin experience to join their HR team.  If you are looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment then this could be the ideal role for you!

Your responsibilities:

Provide admin support to the HR team and line managers in all areas of HR including maternity, paternity and parental leave.
Administer the Absence management process – running reports, updating Excel spreadsheets and liaising with managers.
Administer HR systems – for people changes, starters, leaver, logging disciplinary and grievance outcomes.
Provide administration support for the recruitment process – produce contracts, holiday calculations etc.
Deal with daily requests regarding the Company’s policies and procedures from both the team and the business.
What you will need

Good attention to detail – it is essential the work you do is accurate.
Be able to work at pace
Professional approach that demonstrates the company values
Experience in all areas of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Experience of using a HR system would be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.
The hourly rate for this role is £9.25 per hour.  25 Hours per week Monday to Friday.  One day a week you would be required to work from 3pm to 8pm.
