Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor to work in their Head Office due to continued growth.
Joining a small but effective team you will be the first point of contact for all post-delivery customer communications. The role is diverse and will involve a manner of queries and complaints.
Having a professional understanding of what makes the best customer service is vital, as well as flexible and the ability to multi task.
Finding the best resolution for customer and company by using your initiative will be key.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential and exceptional communication skills both verbally and written are a requirement.
Being proficient in Microsoft Office is essential and of course outstanding customer service skills.
Salary from £18k to £22k depending on experience.
