This established construction related business, based in Avonmouth, is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales administration background, as well as experience in working in a busy and demanding environment.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
Taking sales orders over the phone and via email and processing onto the system
Ensuring all orders are fulfilled in full and that delivery dates are achieved
Handling and associated queries from customers or field sales reps
Preparation of all transport documentation, ensuring all required documentation is available and completed in accordance with required timescales
Looking after the hire desk, allocating hire and demo vehicles as required
Providing administrative support to the sales team and directors
This is a busy role that requires good attention to detail and would suit a self-motivated and resourceful individual.
This position is offering full time hours and a salary of £20k.
