Project Manager - Screeds / Flooring - London
Enfield, United Kingdom | Permanent, full-time| £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (Negotiable Salary + Bonus etc)
Carpet Roles are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Commercial Flooring Contractors with offices in London and Essex in their search for a Project Manager to work within their busy Screed and Preparation division.
Our clients specialist Floor Preparation & Screed Division enables them to create the perfect sub-floor for seamless installation of any type of floor finish.
They work with the following materials and will expect the successful applicant to be able to hit the ground running and manage either one large site or several smaller ones dotted across the Area to be covered:
The role will have a large amount of flexibility but will involve overseeing a number of projects at any given time and managing the design changes and variations, managing the quality of all operational work, managing the labour force, managing client stakeholders, problem solving on site and managing the client experience.
The role will have a large amount of flexibility but will involve the following Core Responsibilities:
Ideally you will have a CSCS card at a management level (Black or Gold) but a willingness to acquire is often acceptable.
In return our clients are offering an attractive negotiable salary in the region of £60k to start plus the opportunity to build a key role within a successful operation.

- Day to day management of Commercial Flooring and Tiling Preparation Contracts.
- Capable of managing Large Projects or a portfolio of smaller works.
- Eye for detail and high standards of finish.
- Management of Labour Teams
- Client Liaison Skills
- Cost management
- Value engineering
- Identifying new opportunities
- Building relationships with clients and suppliers
- Developing strategic partnerships
