Commercial Flooring Contract Manager Role - Fit Outs / High End Residential Projects - London Central and Greater London Area
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, the Flooring Division of a Construction Group Specialising in Fit Outs and High End Residential Projects UK Wide in their search for a Commercial Flooring Professional that can manage jobs on their behalf within the M25 / London / City area of the capital.
The role will involve the day to day management of multiple Flooring Projects and will encompass all areas of the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the Jobs from start to completion, managing Labour and Materials, ensuring a top quality finish at the right time frame and budget, Health and Safety and Compliance is kept to, Client Liaison and managing their expectations and requirements as you work through the project.
You will be an experienced Commercial Fit Outs and High End Residential Flooring Projects Manager with a desire to maximise your skills and experience with potential for future advancement into a Director level role within our clients growing operations.
