Assistant QS / QS - Tiling and Stone Flooring

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting our clients, a Stone, Tiling and Ceramics Flooring Contractor in their search for an experienced QS / Assistant QS to help win them more business.

 Our Clients carry out fit out projects in London and the wider south east installing Wall and Floor Finishes to a high standard so you will be from a similar background ideally with the following:

• Ideally with 2-3 Years experience in a similar operation as an Estimator, Assistant QS or QS.
• Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Commercial Processes.
• Knowledge of Tiling and Flooring Finishes and pricing them.
• Able to work in close conjunction with line management (you will report to the Senior Commercial Manager) and with colleagues in Sales and Project Management to ensure a smooth flow of required information and coatings throughout the operation.
• Prepared to take on personal professional development as required to assist in you're role and with your future career progression within the business with fellow professionals, learning within a hands on and encouraging environment.
• We are looking for Great Communication skills.
• Strong IT Skills, particularly with Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to get the job done and to develop your career as you go.

Our Clients are offering a negotiable package dependent upon experience in the region of £45-55k.
