Newmarket | Permanent, full-time| £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Negotiable Basic + Bonus)
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Suffolk based Independent Carpet and Flooring Retailer with a busy Contract Division in their search for a Contract / Commercial Surveyor / Estimator to assist with the growth of their business.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and competent sales representative to join our successful Commercial Flooring division.
The role involves on-site visits, measuring and estimating and day-to-day project management, communication and after sales care with our clients customers.
The majority of our work involves the supply and installation of contract flooring and carpets to businesses, working predominantly with house builders across the county.
This role is seen as both a Sales and Customer Service / After Care Role, the emphasis on building strong relationships from start to finish of projects.

- A Great knowledge of all types of Flooring.
- Flooring measuring and Estimating Skills.
- An eye for potential issues with underfloor / preparation at initial survey stage and including those extra workers in your surveys.
- A Sales driven person who gets along with people and is hungry for success.
- You may be an ex fitter or Project Estimator looking to develop a career off your knees or a retail Estimator looking for an opportunity to work in a more commercial / contract based environment away from a Shop environment.
