Senior Contract Manager Role.
Our clients are a Leading Commercial and New Build Flooring Contractor based in Essex covering jobs across London and the South East. They have a great reputation, are well financed and managed and are seeking an additional senior project leader to manage newly won works.
Simply and Briefly, Our clients are seeking someone with a great track record of delivering high value Commercial and New Build Flooring Projects, on time, on budget and to a high standard.
You know what that involves and can "walk the walk"..
Ideally you will hold a management level CSCS card to access sites.
Will have the ability to work across and involve all elements of the Supply and client chain with excellent communication and organisational skills.
