Projects Director - Commercial Flooring Contractor
Enfield, United Kingdom | Permanent, full-time| £60,000 - £75,000 per annum (Attractive Negotiable Package)
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a Key Player in the Commercial and Residential Flooring Sector in their search for a Projects Director to oversee multiple Projects throughout London and the South East Region.
We are seeking a high calibre individual who has the contacts and capability to manage and deliver Residential and Commercial Projects, on time and to budget whilst overseeing the development of additional Contracts via close Liaison with both clients and internal management teams.
You will be overseeing the work of a highly effective and successful team of Project and Contract Managers, Site Managers, Estimators, QS and Back Office staff to ensure that “The Big Picture” of efficient delivery and teamwork are being hit whilst also having the eye for detail to enable the individuals working with you to be able to call upon your expertise where required.
Close liaison with Client and third-Party Main Contractors Managers will be required and effective communication and interpersonal skills will therefore be of paramount importance as will the gravitas to lead your team with Professionalism, Courtesy and Motivation being Key factors in our clients success story.
Specifically our clients are seeking Candidates from a similar background, ideally from a Residential High Volume Flooring Contractor environment or a wider Commercial background but with experience of, or transferable skills relevant to their target sector.
