This international manufacturing business, based in Weston-super-Mare, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small but busy team intially for a one year fixed term contract. Reporting to the Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to process sales orders and resolve any customer queries within agreed timescales.

Duties to include;

Processing of all orders onto the computer system
Liaising with production and customers to keep everyone up to date on anticipated lead times
Maintain records of customer feedback for future reference
Ensure that priority orders are processed and ready for production within agreed timescales
Some sales calls to existing customers to generate business may be required
Assist the Sales Manager and other colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as required
Filing of sales orders and customer files
This is a very busy role and requires a candidate with a good understand of Sales Administration / Coordination and the ability to multitask effectively. You will need to demonstrate experience working in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment when applying for this role.

This is a one year fixed term contract, full time position which will be offering a salary of £18,000 to £21,000 per annum depending on experience.
