Our client, a successful manufacture based in Portbury Dock, are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This position will be to support the external sales team through administration of customer orders and updating the CRM system.
- Validating leads for the sales team
- To be the focus point for all incoming leads, filtering and processing through to the correct team
- Ensuring meetings are booked and all documents are supplied to the sales team
- Obtain product lists and quantities required for projects liaising with the supply chain team
- Build professional relationships with internal departments
- Manage addresses for customer orders and deliveries
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to process information accurately with excellent communication skills and able to priorities a workload.
In return my client is offering a Salary of £18,000, a 12month contract, 25days holiday, free onsite parking and 39hours per week.
