PA to CEO & Directors
Location: WELLINGTON, United Kingdom
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, full-time
Change Recruitment are currently partnering with a Wellington based Manufacturer to manage the recruitment of a PA to CEO and Directors.
Joining a well established and successful business, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, Sales & Marketing Director, Group Finance Director and Group Supply Chain & Operations Director.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Booking and preparation of internal and external meetings including all employee presentations and board meetings
- Booking hotels, restaurants, travel and organising travel visas
- Arranging training days and other large group internal events / meetings
- Maintenance of the corporate calendar
- Ensuring timely filing of Annual Returns, Company Accounts and other documents with Companies House
- Organisation of the AGM and preparation of presentational material
- Prepare confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements for potential or future customers / suppliers
- Typing and compilation of correspondence, both internal and external
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Compilation and issue of board packs
- Assist with the preparation of the annual report and accounts & distribute to the shareholders
- Compilation of monthly credit card statements for CEO and Directors
Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 for the right candidate with an excellent benefits package. Work hours are Monday to Thursday (08:30 – 16:30) and Friday (08:30 – 16:00).
