My client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for a driven and capable individual to join their support team. The successful applicant will help with the undertaking of day to day administrative tasks that contribute to the successful running of the Telesales and Service Team.
- To be in direct contact with our Customers & potential new Customers via phone and email
- Answering the phone, directing calls and taking messages
- Processing of purchase orders
- Receiving stock into the stock management system
- Inputting data into the accounting system
- Assisting with stock take and reconciling stock
- Any other general office duties
- Will have previous office experience
- Sage Line 200 experience is essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail are of utmost importance
- Good level of literacy & numeracy
- Good level of Computer skills
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and conscientious with a flexible attitude
- A willingness to learn and adapt to any situation
- Confident communicator, in person and on the phone

Working Hours: Flexible: 3-4 hours per day between 09.30 – 15.00 Monday – Friday on an on-going temporary basis initially.
