My client, an international business with an office based in Weston-Super-Mare, is currently looking for an Administrator to help support its Admin team for a period of 3 weeks initially, with the potential of the role being extended.
Working as part of a team of administrators you will be supporting other team members in processing information and chasing clients
Duties will include:
- Assisting the team with uploading documents on the system
- Calling clients for confirmation of received invoices
- Chasing invoices and outstanding payments
- Escalating any payment issues to the team
- Putting information onto SharePoint
- Sorting data and inputting onto excel
The ideal candidate will be literate with excel, be organized with great attention to detail and be used to working in a very busy environment.
The working hours will be 37.5 hours a week, 8.30am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
