In return, your responsibilities will be;
- Maintain and develop existing relationships, offering an excellent quality of services and meeting expectations
- Communicate with clients by telephone, email and occasionally external site visits
- Analyse client websites for market research
- Seek out opportunities to win new business and meet monthly KPI's
- Ensure all administration is complete and accurate to ensure sales orders and invoicing can be completed
- Provide clients with forthcoming product developments and promotions
- Liaise with customers on order status, stock and ETA's
- Calculate costs and provide customers with quotations
- Respond and follow up sales enquiries
- Cover colleague customer enquiries where required
