My client, an established organisation based in Weston-super-Mare, is currently looking for someone to join them on a 1 year contract to assist with an achieving project.
The main duties for the role are:
- Process archived records in-line with our corporate retention plan and to a high standard of accuracy
- Arrange for confidential disposal of appropriate records
- Update Records Management database.
- Scan records using our in-house system and process
- Work proactively and flexibly as a member of the Business Records team
This role requires great levels of attention to detail and concentration. Ideally you will have an administrative background and be self motivated. You will be working in a team of 3 to 4 in this role.
